Best Management Team is a multi-round team event testing coordination, strategy, and leadership. Teams will solve complex business scenarios requiring collaborative decision-making. The event evaluates how well members work together under pressure. Strategic thinking, communication, and role clarity are key to success. It celebrates teamwork in management **The event will be held over 2 days both 13th & 14th Feb, 2026.** REGISTRATION FEE : **₹1000 PER TEAM ( Food Included )** 1st PRIZE : **₹30,000** 2nd PRIZE :** ₹15,000** 3rd PRIZE :** ₹3000** 4th PRIZE :** ₹2000** **EVENT GUIDELINES :** 1. This is a group event consisting of 4 members, open to both UG and PG students. 2. There is no limit on the number of teams participating from a single college. Inter-college teams are not permitted. 3. The event will be held over 2 days. 4. The event will be held over a period of two days. 5. The top 15 teams will be shortlisted from the first round. 6. Rules, format, and details of each round will be disclosed on the spot. 7. The use of pre-prepared materials (PPTs, templates, reports, notes, etc.) is not allowed unless explicitly mentioned for a particular round. 8. All participants must be dressed in formal attire throughout the event. 9. Participants must report at the venue on time. Late arrival may lead to disqualification. 10. Each participant must bring their own laptop and internet connection. The coordinators will not be responsible for any technical issues. 11. Participants must carry their college ID card (or an authorization letter from the college) and Talentime ID card (provided on the day of the event) at all times. 12. Participants are not allowed to communicate with anyone outside their team during the event rounds, unless explicitly permitted by the coordinators. 13. Mobile phones and smart devices may be restricted during certain rounds. Failure to comply with coordinator instructions will lead to penalty or disqualification. 14. In case of any grievances or disputes, the decision of the judges and event heads will be final and binding.
