HR Game - The Hierarchy Code

HR Game focuses on human resource strategy and people management scenarios. Participants will handle challenges related to recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational behavior. The event tests interpersonal understanding alongside managerial decision-making. Teams must propose practical solutions to workforce-related issues. It highlights the role of HR in building effective organizations. A team must consist of 4 members. 2. The maximum number of teams allowed from a college is 3. 3. Team members must carry their original college ID cards. If unavailable, a letter from the college is required. 4. ​Spot registrations will be open on the day of the event. 5. Participants must adhere to the specified schedule for each round. 6. Participants should reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 7. Each team should carry at least one laptop. 8. ​Ensure stable internet connection for online rounds. 9. The event is open to both PG and UG students of any stream, including professional courses. 10. All participants are required to maintain discipline and follow guidelines throughout the event. Any malpractices will lead to direct elimination.​ 11. All decisions made by the judges and event coordinators will be final and binding.
